Lab App Support

Login assistance

1. Open the Lab Management App.
2. Sign in with your registered Medhyx Technology email and password.
3. If login fails, check connectivity and Caps Lock.
4. Still stuck? Reset your password or email medhyxtechnology@gmail.com.

Password-reset instructions

1. Tap Forgot password on the login screen.
2. Enter your registered email.
3. Open the reset link (check spam/junk).
4. Create a new password and sign in.

Samples, tests & reports help

• Register a patient/sample, assign tests, and update status as work progresses.
• Open Reports when results are ready to review or share with authorized users.
• Camera permission is optional for labels/documents.

Billing & inventory help

• Use Billing to create invoices and mark payments.
• Use Inventory to update stock and equipment logs.
• Enable notifications for low-stock or report-ready alerts.

Account-deletion instructions

• In the App: Profile / Account Settings → Delete Account → confirm.
• On the web: Delete Account form with on-page confirmation.
